The problem
An implementation plan is only useful when its product, scope, experience, and technical decisions are actually approved rather than assumed.
AI-native planning system
A five-stage guided decision process across product, first-release scope, user experience, architecture, and execution. It records decisions and prepares a validated handoff for implementation.
An implementation plan is only useful when its product, scope, experience, and technical decisions are actually approved rather than assumed.
Project Kickoff asks one unresolved question at a time, records the decision, and takes five stages through explicit approval gates: product definition, first-release scope, experience and design, technical blueprint, and execution and handoff.
For an existing project, the audit is read-only before decisions are made. Decision, requirement, and task mappings are stable; a change invalidates only the dependent decisions, and task seeding is duplicate-safe.
After approved planning, the system checks dependencies, prepares one live tracker and a minimal scaffold, then validates the handoff file for Agent-Team. It plans the work; it does not write product feature code.
