AI-native delivery system

Agent-Team

Paired lifecycle tools define what gets built and control how it is implemented, reviewed, integrated, and released, with isolated worktrees and acceptance gates.

The problem

Parallel AI-assisted delivery needs clear ownership and a way to prevent an unreviewed change from entering shared work.

Controlled delivery flow

An orchestrator reads ready work, checks scope and dependencies, assigns bounded tasks, and sends each developer into a separate Git worktree. A separate reviewer checks the completed revision before integration.

Safety and quality controls

File ownership, worktree isolation, review-remediation cycles, acceptance gates, durable checkpoints, and fail-closed policy handling keep the lifecycle explicit rather than trusting an agent summary as proof.

Handoff and outcome

Only verified revisions reach the integration branch. Release remains a separate, authorized gate with validation and checksum-backed versioned releases.
